The development report of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) achievement in the year 2007 was composed as the third national report. The report reviews the achievement of development objectives in details, in accordance with MDGs indicator from year 1990 to 2007 or close to. Based on the achievements, this report briefly explains challenges faced and efforts needed to achieve various MDGs objectives.

The 2007 MDGs report series were launched symbolically by the President of RI, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono by signing “The 2007 MDGs Report” in Hotel Ayodya, Bali, on Wednesday, 12 December 2007. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was accompanied by Chief of Bappenas, Paskah Suzetta, UN’s Ambassador for MDGs, Erna Witoelar, Minister of Trade, Mari E Pangestu and Presidential Spokesperson, Dino Patti Djalal.
